November 2016 saw a 2.1% decrease in house prices coming onto the market, this is inline with the usual seasonal decrease that has happened over the past 6 years. Supply of housing stock on the market was still tight compared to demand.
After a slight dip in enquiries after the stamp duty changes on 1st April, buy to let enquiries are on the rise again up 30% since May.
