The average house price rose to £309,122 in September after two months of falling house prices report Rightmove.co.uk . The increase was by 0.9% but this was still 0.4% lower than the house price rise set in June 2016. There was still a north south divide, the first seeing falling housing stock and the latter saw a rise in housing stock on the sales market.[1]
